As part of the Blacktrace Group, and with Dolomite Microfluidics, Particle Works draws on more than 20 years of experience in microfluidics technology – this engineering heritage is the key to our success. Since 2001, Blacktrace has had more than 100 engineers working on our products, and by 2016 around 50% of our employees were engineers.

Since then, we have expanded our team to include more scientists including experts in particle formation and biology. By doing so, we’ve added to our engineering heritage, applications knowledge and materials expertize. This has enabled us to create platforms specifically targeted for their applications, providing the complete package to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.

Under our Dolomite Microfluidics brand, our particle engineering platforms were mentioned in a peer-reviewed articles and throughout our history, our products have been widely referenced in academic literature world-wide.

We are proud of our journey, our heritage and our in-house expertize. Now with a brand entirely dedicated to particles, Particle Works combines the expertize and trust our customers desire, together with the passion for what we do.
