ALiS

ALiS is a game-changing automated platform specifically designed for high-throughput screening of nanoparticle formulations, such as mRNA-LNPs.
Based on microfluidics, and using Anti-dispersion Technology, the Automated Library Synthesis (ALiS) System is designed for the discovery phase of your drug-development pipeline, and for research and development facilities looking for the next best drug formulation or next best vaccine.
ALiS significantly accelerates the discovery of ideal drug development candidates, enabling you to process countless experimental possibilities and find your lead candidates quickly. You can process up to 96 unique formulations in under 6 hours, aspirating from and dispensing into covered 96 well plates, and you have the option to vary both formulations (such as lipid ratios, or reagent concentrations) AND process parameters (such as total flow rate or flow rate ratio) between each well. The system also offers unparalleled flexibility for experimental design and has flexible control over collection volumes (from as little as 100 µl of reagent) – thus maximizing your precious materials and saving cost.

ANP System

The Automated Nanoparticle (ANP) System is the next step in the pipeline – a unique, comprehensive and flexible system system for both process optimization and continuous production.
Once the user finds the size, shape and structure that works effectively, the process is optimized for reliable, reproducible and higher-throughput particle production. The ANP System is a single system allows you to vary both total flow rate and flow rate ratio between experiments, automatically run multiple experiments from a single reagent loading step, define collection parameters and volumes between 250 uL – 8 ml and then progress to continuous mode to produce 10s of litres per day.
This will significantly reduce development costs and timeframes, allow you to seamlessly transfer from screening to optimization & scale-up, and the automation will maximise your efficiency, efficacy and consistency in particle production.
ANP System
The Automated Nanoparticle (ANP) System is the next step in the pipeline – a unique, comprehensive and flexible system system for both process optimization and continuous production.

ANP Pilot
ANP Pilot is the version of the ANP System that will be suitable for GMP environments. Perfect for users conducting final process development in a manufacturing environment, and for initial manufacture for clinical trials/low volume applications. Allowing continuous sample manufacturing, with a 57 liters throughput in 24h (15 g of LNPs, 1.5M Vaccine Doses), it has a direct translation from discovery to development and is scalable by running systems in parallel.

Titan
Our highest throughput platform, Titan, is the final step in your particle production journey, making high volume manufacture in GMP facilities a breeze. Facilitating continuous manufacturing of 1,440L in 24h (~400 g of LNPs, 40M Vaccine Doses), its modular structure enables process flexibility and it is scalable by running systems in parallel.

Our systems have been designed to be compatible – the same experimental conditions that give you great nanoparticles on ALiS, will give you great nanoparticles on the ANP System, ANP Pilot and Titan, allowing you to easily scale up your production as you move through discovery and development workflows.
